The following terms and conditions shall govern and apply to all sales and deliveries by EdgeTube Cellular (The Company) of orders for electronics products and related services via the company’s official website (www.edgetube.com). Your (The customer’s) visit, access and use of the company website is also governed by the terms and conditions set forth below. By using www.edgetube.com and/or submitting purchase or related service orders through the site you (the customers) agree to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions. Please note that additional terms and conditions may sometimes apply to certain product purchases and service orders. Such additional terms and conditions, if applied, will be indicated in writing at the time of sales.
EdgeTube Cellular and www.edgetube.com reserve the right to add, delete or alter all or any part of the site terms and conditions without prior notice at any time. The site may occasionally contain incorrect or outdated information. As much as the company commits to keep the information update and correct, it is the customer’s responsibility to verify the correct information and the update terms and conditions at the time of purchase.
USE OF SITE
The website, located at www.edgetube.com and its site logo are the company’s trademarks. The software and all contents on this site, including the company name and logo, can be used and cited only for on-line shopping purposes. Any other use of the name, the logo and the content in this site is strictly prohibited.
No personal information is required to receive access to the site. Specific site sections are provided for inquiries and purchases which require personal information in order to enter. Personal information required for purchase order includes your (the customers) name, address, phone number, email address, billing and shipping information, and other personal information required to process the order.
Please note that personal information is collected strictly for identification, purchase and delivery purposes. Other than occasional follow-up or promotional email from the company, or unless it is required by law to provide information with governmental or government-appointed agencies in assistance to fraud prevention and investigation, no personal information will be released from EdgeTube Cellular to any individual or organization at any time for any purpose.
You have the right to opt-out of receiving promotional information from EdgeTube Cellular to your email account anytime by visiting http://www.edgetube.com and logging into your (the customers) shopping cart account.
PROCESSING
* Pricing: Generally, the prices are those referred to in the product pages on the official website of www.edgetube.com at the time of purchase. While EdgeTube Cellular commits to provide current and accurate product and pricing information, inaccurate pricing and product information may be found on the site for some of the listed products. In the event an ordered product is listed at an incorrect price or with erroneous product information, EdgeTube Cellular shall have the full right to cancel the order regardless the confirmation of the order and/or the payment having been charged. For any order being cancelled by EdgeTube Cellular (the company) due to incorrect pricing and product information, EdgeTube Cellular shall offer the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or refunding the pre-paid order payment in the amount of charge within five business days.
* Due to the quick turn-over of certain popular products/models, we may at times experiencing shortage of supply from our warehouse or suppliers. Under such circumstance, we reserve the right to limit your order to a lower quantity if necessary or place your order status on backorder. We will communicate with you as soon as we can and discuss the different options available at the time of notice.
* Additional charges: Shipping costs and any applicable tax shall be added to the product price at the time of order. Shipping costs shall cover the postage, shipping insurance, and proper package materials. Other optional charges, if available, may include warranty plans.
* Payment Terms: Your order will be processed through the PayPal payment processor, which will ensure that all funds are accurate and is valid, and the information you have given is correct. PayPal handles several modes of fund-transfer including credit card processing and direct bank deposits. No other forms of payment than what the PayPal processor has available for the customers will be accepted under any circumstances unless ordered offline. After the payment has been cleared and reviewed, the invoice will be sent to the shipping department. Depending on the information received, the payment may take up to 48 hours to be processed. After payment, if the item(s) you ordered are still available, we will ship them the next day from our warehouse. Once the item has been shipped, you agree to no longer back out of the purchase agreement of the product you have ordered. We currently only ship to the 50 states of the USA (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
* Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has been placed. Your receipt of order confirmation, however, does not signify our acceptance of your order. EdgeTube Cellular reserves the full right at any time after the completion of your order to accept or decline your order for any undisputed reason.
Delivery
* Shipments will take up to 7 days to arrive at destination via international priority shipping, depending on the payment processing times as well as the transit time. Deliveries will not be made on Saturdays or Sundays. We only ship to the USA and Canada via FedEx or USPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you after shipment from the warehouse. Your name, telephone number and postal address will be provided to the shippers to ensure proper delivery.
* EdgeTube Cellular shall not be held liable in any way for any unexpected delay, loss or damage during the shipment period. EdgeTube Cellular will communicate with the company that was commissioned to deliver the said items at the customer’s request if such delay, loss or damage occurs during the shipment period. Shipping insurance is included with all our shipments.
LIABILITY TERMS
* EdgeTube Cellular shall bear no responsibility for any accidental loss or damage to the purchased items at the time when the said items are delivered to the customer. EdgeTube Cellular shall also not be held liable for any physical/technical damage or data loss to the purchased items as a result of irresponsible or incorrect operation of the product, intentionally or unintentionally. Any use of the product not according to the instructions in the user manual is considered incorrect operation.
* Network issues such as low signal or dropped calls, or any intermittent problems in the use of the purchased item, or any firmware related concerns shall not be considered as ‘defects’ and reasons for return and liability claim.
* The customer is responsible for ensuring product service availability and compatibility with their network operator or service provider. Network dependent features are not covered by our 24-hour limited warranty.
* No exchange will be granted on language version, firmware version unless a request is made during the order. If no request is made, such features will be shipped randomly.
* EdgeTube Cellular provides a 24-hour limited warranty against permanent defects upon the customer’s receipt of the purchased item. ’Permanent defects’ is specifically referred to the PERMANENT fault which is not caused by the customer’s incorrect operation, intentional or unintentional, and is easily identifiable on repeated usage of that function. This limited warranty may allow the customer to return the purchased product for examination and repair within 24 hours after the product was transferred to the customer. Replacement order will be issued after the returned item has been examined and the seller (EdgeTube Cellular) has decided (at our sole discretion) repair is not a preferable option. EdgeTube Cellular reserves tHe right to make the final decision on whether the concern is considered ‘permanent defect,’ and on whether the returned item should be repaired or replaced under any conditions.
* EdgeTube Cellular does not provide a warranty on its products. Most products do not come with a manufacturer warranty. If it does, the customer is responsible for contacting the manufacturer independently.
* EdgeTube Cellular is not inclined to provide support for its products. Contact the manufacturer directly for product support. Any questions on what is covered under our support may be asked at www.edgetube.com.
RETURN POLICIES
* All return products are subject to the company’s approval.
* The company will review the return product only when the following conditions have been met.
A) Only products with permanent defects will be considered for exchange or refund.
B) Return item should be well-packed for shipment, as the company will not accept any return if the returned item suffers from any accidental loss or damage from the return shipment. The customer is responsible for the postage including shipping insurance if necessary when returning the product to the company.
C). All accessories, manual and package box must be returned together with the merchandise, as in the original shipment. Any return with missing parts and/or damaged items will not be considered for exchange or refund. • Any defects occurring after the 24 hour limited warranty period will not be accepted.
• EdgeTube Cellular is not responsible for any accidental loss or damage to the product during return shipment.
*The returned item(s) should have an official RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) number issued by the company. Please contact the company for the RMA number before returning the product. Any return without the RMA number will not be considered and will be disposed of at the buyer’s own cost. The company will not notify the sender for any unidentifiable return. The company will not reimburse or replace any unidentifiable return product, nor the identifiable return shipping expense. The customer agrees to assume all responsibility for the package until it arrives at our location.
* Return Procedure.
A). Contact the company via www.edgetube.com for the RMA number.
B). Enclose in your return package the official RMA form issued/emailed to you from the company.
C). Mail the package to the following address WITHIN 2 POSTMARKED BUSINESS DAYS upon your receipt of the purchased merchandise to the return address marked on your shipment.
